
Intensive Outpatient Services
Our Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOT) program provides structured, comprehensive care for individuals seeking recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions while continuing to live at home and maintain work, school, or family responsibilities. Clients participate in a consistent weekly schedule of therapeutic services designed to build coping skills, strengthen recovery, and support long-term stability.
Groups are held 3 times per week for approximately 3 hours per group, the typical length of stay being 30 group sessions, extensions available based on regular assessments and tailored to individual need.
Individualized Outpatient Treatment includes:
Substance Use Disorder Assessments
Group and individual counseling
Evidence-Based Practices including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group & Motivational Interviewing
Substance Use Disorder Education
Relapse prevention skills training
Treatment coordination and advocacy with court system, union or employer
