Colleena Mulligan Memorial Scholarship
Dearest Family and Friends,
At this time of year as our loved ones draw near we are also reminded of those who cannot be with us for the holidays. As many of you know , we lost my niece Colleena last Thanksgiving to a drug overdose.
Colleena was a bright, beautiful, gifted young woman whose life was ended at the age of 25 by the disease of addiction. She cared deeply about others especially those less fortunate than herself. Even though she tried desperately to heal, she left this life in the struggle to get well. It is with her intentions in mind that her parents Ed and Norma and all of the Mulligan Family have created a memorial scholarship in her honor.
This year we have chosen Janus of Santa Cruz as our recipient of the fund. It is our hope and prayer to give another young person the opportunity for a new life.
